Bio:

Ross Spurgeon, a middle TN native and ex-professional pitcher, with knowledge of today's game from a new and old school side of baseball. Previous NAIA, NCAA D2 pitching coach. Bench coach for the professional Lexington Legends and now Assistant coach at Bellarmine University. A background in strength and conditioning with a master’s in nutrition. Offers a wide basis of information to pass along to the next generation of the game. Coach Spurgeon has always been connected to helping the youth side of the game from lessons to camps he has this to share, ” I was blessed to experience a high level of baseball and I wouldn't trade it for anything. My personal goal is to help everyone have the tools and knowledge brought to me by my career, so they can have a chance to play further.” 

 

Strengths:

Pitching Instructions, Arm Care and programing, Technology in the Game, Strength and condition for players of all ages. Outfield Instruction, Hitting Instruction (For younger ages), Catching Drills and foundations, Explosive Drills for all athletes, Speed Drills for Athletes, Nutrition for Healthy Athletes, Mobility Work for Baseball Athletics.
